Neuroscience is a multidisciplinary science, whose aim is to discover how the nervous system is organized and works to generate behavior. In order to understand how the brain activity is related to the psyche and behavior, studies are needed at different levels: molecular, neural, neural networks, behavioral and cognitive.

To understand our behaviors and teaching-learning processes, physiological knowledge of the nervous system is necessary. This understanding leads to a higher state of self-knowledge that enables us to evaluate and modulate own emotional states, but it also helps us to understand and get to know other people. From an educational point of view, it gives us information about the best strategies to use during the learning process. And if we refer to health, it allows us to better understand and treat diseases that affect the nervous system.

Our goal is to use available knowledge in neuroscience to research, to disseminate and to adaptat it to sports training.
